Dear Beach Rentals of Florida,
Thank you so much for all you did to make our family vacation at Rosemary Beach one of our best ever! First you found the wonderful five bedroom, six bathroom house to fit our large family, and then you took care of our every possible need! My husband was thrilled when we drove up to see TWELVE bicycles already waiting for us on the front porch! My son was equally happy to find the baby bed already assembled with sheets and everything,just waiting for the new baby!
The baby sitter you found for us was so lovely, we wanted to bring her back to Atlanta. She came morning, noon and night and was happy to take care of, not only the baby, but any other grandchildren who needed time away from the sun.
Every restaurant that you suggested was wonderful and your thoughts on things to do with the grandchildren added so much to their memories and to ours. Jack, the oldest, even wrote about the trip on the boat to "Pirates'Island" for Grandparents' Day! He was picked to read it to the class and we were so proud!
We are thrilled to have found Rosemary Beach with its family friendly atmosphere and enjoyable activities for the children and adults, but more than that, we are thrilled to have found the two of you. You went above andbeyond anything that we could have expected, with your daily calls and stopping by to check on us, with your constant willingness to exchange the bicycles for whatever the grandchildren wanted, for your patience inanswering all of my questions both before and during the vacation, for bringing extra keys, sun screen, and sand toys, and for maintaining your sense of humor even when the grandchildren got your number and began tocall you and request things on their own.
My husband and I agree that your help made this a true vacation for the adults as well as the children, and we all are looking forward to returning to Rosemary Beach again this summer!

Our stay was so pleasant. we loved our place- it was perfect for the 3 of us, just right. We absolutely would rent from you again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to our family and friends. All the details were handled smoothly and you made us feel welcome. The rental bikes, airport shuttle, etc. were so great and we just hope your business continues to flourish. Our vacation was fabulous! It was a pleasure working with your company - and what a beautiful place the Carriage House was at 18 Atwoods! The location was perfect for us, as we could equally access the beach and the Coquina pool in just minutes. The house was immaculate and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfy and the the bathroom was exceptionally spacious. Thank you for your wonderful accommodations. We will most definitely come back again next year!

We had a great time in Rosemary! Thank you for everything. We would definitely come back -- although would hope for warmer weather!! Boys had a blast and we loved the house. Would not want to be anywhere else on that beach except maybe even closer -- on the south side of Water St. We walked the area quite extensively, so will have a better idea of what we're looking for next time. I found you on the web...everything at the house was in outstanding condition and so clean I felt right at home!

Everything was great. This was the 2nd time we stayed at the complex in the last 3 years. The reservation process and emails received were easy and concise. The house was clean and more than we expected. We had a baby crib delivered and it was wonderful. We were impressed with the Seacrest Beach pool lifeguards and their handling of the pool and safety. They were always nice and we liked that they asked for ID, so to speak, making sure people were actually customers of the complex. Night security provided by Corpl. Wheat was great. He is a great guy and helped me out with a trailer that I brought down. He is very professional and helpful and treated that little situation fairly and with the utmost respect for a vacationer with babies. He gave me time and respect to deal with moving the trailer around. He is a wonderful human being. We would refer others to using you all for vacation. We would use you all again. Thanks!

This is the 1st year that we have used your rental company. Your service is impeccable! Our vacation home was comfortable, clean, and beyond our expectations! Our daughters loved the mangrove area to the beach and the balcony views were breathtaking. I have already recommended your services and company to others in our area. All communication for booking, pre-arrival, duration of stay, and departure was clear and helpful. Your staff went above and beyond. I found our vacation rental on the internet through VRBO. The house was fabulous. Everyone loved it. It was clean, cool and had a well-stocked kitchen I would definitely go there again. And tar balls? What tar balls? What oil spill? The water was beautiful. I was really sad to leave. Thanks for asking!
